Malicafe is hosting a workshop to share a wonder of fermented food and drink.
In this workshop, you’ll learn about the benefits of fermenting foods and the traditional forms of fermentation.
I will teach you how simple and easy to start making healthy and nutritious fermented food, and how to start brewing your own Kombucha at your home. You will learn all the basic of ins and out, and how to brew your own creative flavoured fizzy drinks!
My workshop is relaxed, informative and fun. Enjoy sampling some flavoured Kombucha and fermented food bites, while getting to know how fun it is to co-exist with bacteria living in your house!
It is not difficult to integrate fermented foods into your daily life.
You will go home with happy gut, instructions and one scoby to start culturing, and probably more.. :D
